Overview

When talks finish on Web Summit’s Centre Stage, we host invite-only evening events for speakers, investors and media. We like to think they’re pretty special.

Partnering with our VIP events puts you and your brand right in the middle of our A-list attendees. It gives you the chance to continue conversations from the conference floor and engage with your target audience in a more relaxed, informal setting. Logistics of the VIP Night Summit are managed with your partner success manager.

Logistics

Venue:

  • Once confirmed the venue will be shared with you by your partner success manager.

Guest list management:

  • This is managed by the event organiser team at the entrance of the venue. The guest list manager will monitor attendance and access to the event.

Entertainment:

  • Entertainment – music, bands, for example – may be organised with your partner success manager.

Catering:

  • Menu options for dinners will be shared with you by your partner success manager for review.

AV:

  • Should you require AV please let your partner success manager know.
Branding and marketing

Partner comms form:

  • Your company will be featured in our event newsletter. Please ensure you have filled out all the information in the partner comms form so we can collect your logo and company description.

Online and app branding:

  • Your company will be featured in our event app and on our website.

Venue branding:

  • Dual-branded tent cards and one dual-branded welcome easel will be provided and set up by your partner success manager on the event day.

Branded invitations:

  • Your company will be featured on a branded invitation that will be sent by the event organiser.

Attendee perks:

  • Create an exclusive offer (free trial, discounted access, for example) of your product or service for  Web Summit attendees, allowing you to generate leads before, during and after the event. See the attendee perks section for more information.
Networking

Welcome note:

  • As a VIP reception event partner, you have the opportunity to address the room with a welcome address. The address must be suitable for an informal setting and be no longer than two minutes.

Guest list management and lead generation:

  • The guest list will be managed at the door of the venue by the event organiser. Name and company name of the consented attendees can be shared with you post event, if required. Please be aware that lead scanning of attendees at the door is prohibited. If lead generation is a main objective, please discuss options with your partner success manager.

Ticket package:

  • Should you have a guest that you would like to attend the dinner who is not a VIP ticket holder, please make your partner success manager aware and they will add the guest to the attendee list. Please note all guests must be event ticket holders. Deadline to complete information on all your allocated tickets is Friday, October 25.
