  • The partner is required to confirm all startup information. Please see the section below for details. This should be done through this form for each startup. 
  • Send partner logo in a .eps or vector format to your partner success manager (only required if you would like to dual brand your startup boards).  

Dual branded startup boards – if you are bringing startups with you as part of your package and would like to have dual branded startup boards, please let your partner success manager know and be sure to complete your partner comms form so we have your company logo available for print.

Please be advised that startups will be responsible for providing their own company logo with a deadline set by their allocated startup mentor.

What do my startups get?

Depending on which type of startup you are supporting they will be offered different space.

  • ALPHA – will be afforded a 1m exhibiting space. Render and more details are available here.
  • BETA – will be afforded a 1.5m exhibiting space. Render and more details are available here. 

All startups will receive the below:

  • 1 x startup logo board (option for dual branding – partner and startup logo).
  • 1 x internet enabled network cable.
  • 2 x 15 amp (type B – 3 pin) power sockets.
  • 3 startup tickets to the event which includes access to all three days of the event main floor exhibition space.
  • Inclusion in the startup search profile, an online platform circulated to investors, media and all other attendees.
  • Access to the Web Summit networking app to help build connections prior to the event and to manage the startups’ schedules.
  • Opportunity to apply for Mentor Hours and PITCH, and access Investor Meetings and workshops.
  • Access to a dedicated startups information portal.
  • Startup mentor to help with preparations.
Do my startups need to meet any criteria in order to be accepted to exhibit?

Yes, the startups must abide by the following requirements to be accepted: 

  • Must be less than 5 years old.
  • Must have their own unique software product or solutions or they must be working on their own connected hardware devices.
  • Consultancies, agencies, developers, marketing/advertising agencies, public companies will not be accepted.
  • Startups must be their own independent company and not a subsidiary of a larger organisation.
  • Startups must be launched and live with their own working website at a minimum.
  • Startups cannot already be registered to exhibit at the event.
  • To qualify for the ALPHA track the startup can have raised no more than €1 million in funding.
  • To qualify for the BETA track the startup can have raised no more than €3 million in funding.
How many days do my startups get to exhibit?

Partner startup islands:

  • If a partner is bringing 8 startups they will exhibit together for the 3 days of the event.
  • If a partner is bringing 24 startups, each startup will only exhibit for one day of the event. Startup boards will be switched each day to accommodate all 24 startups (particular exhibition days cannot be requested).

Partner startups:

  • Startups that are not being placed within a dedicated partner startup island will exhibit for one day (particular exhibition days cannot be requested).
Do I need to provide anything for my startups?

Yes, all we need from you are a few general details about each startup that you are bringing:

  • Startup company name
  • Web address
  • Contact name
  • Contact email address
  • Startup country
  • Email address of your dedicated point of contact who will be included on all startup communications

We will collect this information through this form. Each startup should fill out these details by Monday, September 2. 

Are there any additional benefits?
  • Partners are offered the opportunity to have dual-branded startup boards and include their logo. 
  • Partners are also afforded a branded hanging banner above the partner startup island.
