Stand height

Below is information on the different stand heights and the height of the overhead signage and/or installation on the exhibition floor.

• All 4m x 4m stands must be a fixed height of 3m / 9’ 10”
• All 6m x 4m, 8m x 6m, 8m x 8m, 10m x 10m, 15m x 15m and 20m x 20m stands must not exceed height of 6m / 19′ 8″.
• Stands with two floors can be a maximum height of 6m (19’8″).
• Web Summit’s directional signage will hang in the 3m (9’10”) – 4m (13’1’’) height range.
• Any partner overhead signage and/or installation that is approved will hang at 4m (13’1’’) trim height.
• The 3m (9’10”) – 4m (13’1’’) range is strictly reserved for Web Summit’s use.
