Stand dimensions and fit out

8m x 6m (26’ 3” x 19’ 8”) space only booked by exhibitor. Partners then build their own stand as per requirements.

Height and rigging

Stands must not exceed height of 6m / 19′ 8″. Above-stand banners and installations may be allowed on agreement and approval of Web Summit. Additional costs will be incurred by the partner. Please refer to trim height and rigging specifications.

Custom built stands with raised flooring will need a ramp so that they are easily accessible by all Web Summit attendees.

Depth

The depth dimensions of your stands are determined by your contractual agreement. All builds should remain within the dimensions of the allocated floor space, regardless of the depth of the walls.

Electrics

Electrics are not included in this stand package and must be booked using the Web Summit partner store by Friday, October 11. You must indicate where you would like your electrics to be located on your stand using the stand design submission form. Please review our electricity guidelines when filling out and submitting your electrical plan.

Connectivity 

A single internet enabled network cable is provided as part of this package. Any additional requirements must be ordered from the Web Summit partner store by Friday, October 11. If you cannot find what you are looking for please contact your partnership success manager. Please mark your preferred location for the internet connection on your stand render submission.

 

 

 

Please note that pop-up/pull-up banners are not allowed at stands.  All exhibitors must also abide by Web Summit’s anti-harassment policy.

 

Waste disposal 

Web Summit is officially supporting the UN SDGs.  As such there will be zero tolerance for any single use plastic being onsite. Web Summit would appreciate your support in this regard to ensure the event is as sustainable as possible.

Please also note that the venue has a zero waste policy. We ask that any recyclable plastic and cardboard waste that builds up on your stand (during build, open days and breakdown) is separated clearly and left for collection at your activation at the end of each day.

Otherwise, we are asking partners to dispose of or repurpose all other non-recyclable waste materials including wood through their own waste disposal systems. Partners and contractors who abandon materials or do not manage the disposal of their waste in accordance with the venue’s policies will be billed post-event at a rate of €830 by the event organiser.
