Stand dimensions and fit out

4m x 4m stand (13’1” x 13’ 1”) supplied by exhibition organizer.

Your 4m x 4m exhibition package contains:

  • Three pod tables and six high stools
  • 10 amp single phase connection
  • A single internet enabled network cable

Any additional requirements must be ordered from the Web Summit partner store by Friday, October 11. If you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact your partnership success manager.

Screens and AV

Partners are allowed to bring their own screen and screen stand onsite for setup at their exhibition booth. For insurance and operational purposes, we do not facilitate the mounting of personal screens for partners at our events. Partners can hire screens and order screen mounting or a screen stand through our partner store.

Carpet

Web Summit’s show floor will be carpeted. The carpet colour is at the discretion of the event organiser. The carpet will be installed the evening before the first exhibition day. If you require carpet as part of your stand prior to this, or if you have a colour preference, please purchase your carpet through our Web Summit partner store before Friday, October 11.

Height

Stands are a fixed height of 3m (9’ 10”). Above-stand banners may be allowed on agreement and approval of Web Summit. Additional costs will be incurred by the partner.

Depth

The depth dimensions of your stands are determined by your contractual agreement. Please ensure your design team complete the keyline graphics in the link above. All activations should remain within the dimensions of the allocated space.

Please refer to the site plan for your stand orientation, and indicate the left and right walls artwork. Web Summit branding will appear on end caps.

Please note that pop-up/pull-up banners are not allowed at stands. All exhibitors must also abide by Web Summit’s anti-harassment policy. 

Waste disposal 

Web Summit is officially supporting the UN SDGs.  As such there will be zero tolerance for any single use plastic being onsite. Web Summit would appreciate your support in this regard to ensure the event is as sustainable as possible.

Please also note that the venue has a zero waste policy. We ask that any recyclable plastic and cardboard waste that builds up on your stand (during build, open days and breakdown) is separated clearly and left for collection at your activation at the end of each day.

Otherwise, we are asking partners to dispose of or repurpose all other non-recyclable waste materials including wood through their own waste disposal systems. Partners and contractors who abandon materials or do not manage the disposal of their waste in accordance with the venue’s policies will be billed post-event at a rate of €830 by the event organiser.

Stand height

The image below shows the different stand heights and the height of the overhead signage on the exhibition floor.

  • All 4m x 4m stands are 3m/9’10” high.
  • Web Summit’s own branded overhead signage will hang in the 3m/9’10” – 4m/13’1’’ height range.
  • Any partner overhead signage that is approved will hang at 4m/13’1’’ or above.
  • The 3m/9’10” – 4m/13’1’’ range is strictly reserved for Web Summit’s overhead signage.
